**The window to complete your Online Data Confirmation forms for 2022-23 school year will be open July 18th . All Data Confirmation must be completed no later than August 1st.**
PARENT/GUARDIAN ONLINE DATA CONFIRMATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALLNEWCASTLE ELEMENTARY & CHARTER STUDENTS
Online Data Confirmation using a personalized parent portal has taken the place of back-to- school/opening day paper packets and must be completed for ALL New and Returning Newcastle Elementary and Charter students PRIOR to August 1st! Parents who are new to Aeries must have completed enrollment prior to being notified from Aeries that the account is available to access. If you already have a parent portal account, you do not need to create a new one.
New Families- Once enrollment is completed, the office will begin confirming all new enrollments during the week of July 25th and will be available for questions and assistance. New families will then have the opportunity to complete the Data Conformation process.
Please pay close attention to confirming your student’s current address and emergency contacts. In addition to parent/guardians, we respectfully request you have at least two (2) additional emergency contacts. You will also be able to use the parent portal to view attendance, report cards, and state testing reports (grades 3-8) throughout the school year.

2.) Upon log in, the parent/guardian page will inform you that you have not completed the Data Confirmation process. 3.) Follow each step as directed. The program will walk you through each step and prompt you to confirm various information and answer questions. 4.) Please make sure that you select “Confirm and Continue” and “Save” in order to properly capture your information and responses. 5.) Once Data Confirmation is completed, you can retrieve your child’s teacher assignment through the parent portal beginning August 2nd . Teacher Assignments will no longer be posted on the campus.
